Here at MIKASA | LA'CHARLES we strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you have an issue or are not happy with your one of a kind item please feel free to contact us first using the 'Contact' page. Briefly explain the issue, provide your name and a phone number that is best to reach you on and someone from our staff will contact you back within 24hrs. It's that easy!

Once your order is delivered to your door, you will have 7 days to return* it and 14 days to exchange it. Exchanges will be issued a store credit, but no worries because we are sure that you will find plenty of other items that will interest you.

Return/exchange shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

*Clothing cannot be returned; only exchanged
