Thank you for considering to purchase MIKASA | LA'CHARLES! Once your order has been placed and received by our staff your package will be shipped either via USPS, UPS or FEDEX. When your order has been shipped you will be e-mailed with the tracking number and informed of the carrier used.

SHIPPING

All packages are shipped using ground service. If you would like expedited service please contact us prior to making your purchase so that we can extend that service to you.

Typically it will take between 3-7 business days to receive an order (within the U.S.) unless otherwise note in the product description. For international orders please allow 5-14 business days as a result of having to go through customs, etc.

INTERNATIONAL DUTY

For international orders, duty is the responsibility of the customer. Duty is not imposed by MIKASA LA'CHARLES, however it is mandatory as declared by your country.
